A Sentimental Journey
We often hold on to things because they are "sentimental" to us. The outfit we wore on our first date, the books from college, the wedding gifts, drawings from our children. Every item that you have come into contact with has been a part of your life; storage and space limitations will not allow us to keep every item. Being organized does not mean getting rid of everything. Keep what is truly meaningful, valuable, or useful to you. If space is a problem, and a sentimental item is not being used, you can photograph it to preserve the memory and then pass the item on.
